1 - The contract

We will review the sales contract provided to you by the seller or their agent, and give you a comprehensive advice. 

We won't charge you for this unless you don't proceed, in which case it is only a small fixed fee. 

 

2. Exchange of contracts

Once terms are agreed upon, signed contracts can be exchanged.  We can attend to exchange on your behalf.

 

4 - Transfer of land

We will draft the transfer of land documentation on your behalf. Stamp duty may then be payable.

 

3 - Requisitions on title

The vendor will be required to identify issues relating to the property.

 

5 - Settlement figures

We will prepare settlement figures to be adjusted depending on rates owing and paid. You should also inspect the property before settlement.

 

6 - Settlement

Once all preparations are complete (and your bank is ready) we can attend settlement - then the property is yours!
