The selling process. Kept simple.

1 - The contract

We will prepare a full sales contract for you after doing the required searches.

We will also review your agency agreement, free of charge.

 

2. Exchange of contracts

Once you accept an offer, or if a bidder wins at auction, contracts will be prepared and exchanged.

 

4 - Requisitions on title

As the vendor, you will need to answer questions relating to your property. We will help you with this.

 

3 - Discharge of mortgage

You will need to complete a discharge authority with your mortgagee (if any).

 

5 - Cheque directions

Once the buyer sends settlement figures, we can prepare directions for cheques to be paid on settlement. We will also make sure the adjusted figures are right.

 

6 - Settlement

We can then book in and attend settlement on your behalf. Once settled, your sale is complete!
